Delivery information:
Coronavirus / COVID-19 update: We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, so please do bear with us, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. For a collection, in-person our team will contact you to confirm the following day collection slot for stocked items or to confirm extended lead time for the items which are not in stock. We aim to deliver most orders within 2-3 working days for all stocked items and for the products which are not in stock this may take up to 5-10 working days or more if anything changes we'll let our customers know ASAP.
Deliveries
Please note the following information refers to orders made online only. If you make an order in our branches, please contact the branch you ordered through for delivery information. For standard products or products delivered directly from our stock, you will be given an estimated delivery lead time in your basket before you check out within 2-3 working days and we deliver Monday - Saturday.

Kerb-side deliveries only, our vehicles/lorries enters private properties at the owners' own risk.
All returned goods will be charged 40% for restocking.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
We aim to deliver most orders within 2-3 days, or longer for some special items (colours, size or special made). However, all delivery dates or times mentioned on our website and product delivery information or acknowledgement of order or elsewhere are estimates made in good faith and not of contractual effect and we shall not be liable to you for any failure to deliver on any particular date or dates, or at any particular time, nor shall time be made of the essence by you giving us notice.
Delivery will occur when you take possession of the goods or when the goods are ready for unloading at the delivery address.
Where we, or our agents, deliver to the site it is on the understanding that there is a suitable road to the point on the site where delivery is requested. If no such road exists delivery will be made to the nearest point to which, in the opinion of the driver, the vehicle can safely proceed and unload. Deliveries are to the kerbside only. Except for use of a vehicle-mounted crane, you will provide all necessary labour and equipment required to unload materials promptly and will indemnify us against any cost, claim, loss or damage arising from unloading and or delivery save insofar as such claims, costs, losses or expenses related to liability for death or personal injury. Due to insurance, we are unable to enter on to private property.
If you keep our delivery vehicle waiting for an unreasonable period of time or if we are obliged to return without affecting delivery a justifiable additional charge may be made that reflects the additional cost to us.
If you refuse or fail to take delivery of goods tendered in accordance with your order or we are unable to deliver the goods because you have not provided appropriate instructions, you shall pay us any additional costs or carriage incurred by us.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18. If no-one is available to take the delivery, we will leave details at the address to rearrange delivery. We may need to make an additional handling charge for redelivery. Should no-one be available to take the redelivery we may cancel the order and refund your money, excluding any delivery charges.
All delivery times are provided in good faith but are estimates only. ABC Depot may not be held liable for any failure to deliver by a stated time or date or any consequential loss resulting from late deliveries.
