GTEC J Track is a J shaped steel track utilised as part of the GTEC Shaftwall System.
Benefits:
- When built with the GTEC Shaftwall system, pressure changes likely found in deep shafts and voids are resisted
- J Shaped stud allowing for safe placement of board into either an E or CH stud
- Manufactured to BS EN 14195
- Reaction to fire A1
Applications:
Used as an integral part of GTEC Shaftwall systems in multi-storey buildings, preventing continuous routes for the spread of fire. Installed on both floor and ceiling, this stud is used in combination with GTEC E and CH Studs. Together it allows for full installation of a system from one side of the shaft, completely eliminating the need for scaffolding.
